Thank you for your patience…
AMVIV9 Registration is now open!
Go to http://www.amviv.com/sign-up/ to fill in all of your demographics. When you’re finished, click “Send to SCMC!”. After a few seconds (be patient here), the ‘Paypal Gateway’ page will open, and there you can pay for your registration, special event pre-registrations, and of course that swag you simply must have. Each time you click “Add to Cart’, the site will take you to your shopping cart. To add more items, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ link. Please add everything you want to your shopping cart; when you’re finished, then pay. You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal if you use Paypal, and another confirmation email from me once we get your payment. (There are instructions on the Paypal page for those folks who would prefer to pay by mail.) If you don’t get the confirmation from me, we didn’t get your payment and you aren’t registered. It might take a day or 2 for me to get the confirmations out. If you have any problems with the registration or payment process, please email us at email@example.com.
And if the website does not re-direct you to the Paypal page after you fill out the demographics page – here’s the direct link.
What will be happening during AMVIV this year? Some things you might recognize – daily runs, a Strip Cruise, a Charity Car Show. Sure those will be there. But, in honor of AMVIV9, the naughty one, we’ve got some really ‘Nawghty’ surprises for you. No, I’m not going to share those with you yet. We’re still working out those details. Keep an eye on your Inbox, or here on the website (or our Facebook page) – and we’ll get that information out to you as soon as we have it.
We’ve got some great designs for our swag this year, too. We got so many wonderful designs – we thank all of you for all the hard work. Thanks to Dee Motored-Simpson AND Jessica Napier for their winning designs. You can check them out here.
We’re not quite ready to open Vendor Registration yet, but that is coming REALLY SOON. If you’re a vendor, you can send us an email and let us know who we need to contact directly to get you the information you need to know.
If you want to make sure that your favorite vendor(s) are at AMVIV9, contact them and let them know you want to see them there. The MINI vendors are all business people. If they aren’t going to make money over the weekend (or at the very least, break even), many of them can’t afford to come. The only way they can work out if it makes sense to attend is if they get an idea of how much business they will do. So help them (and us) out and tell them if you want to buy from them at AMVIV.
I know there’s a lot to digest here, but that’s about it for now.Get over there and register, folks!
We’ll see you all in June.
