We are breaking the mold this year and changing some things up, the majority has spoken and your planners have listened. Check this out:
REGISTRATION: You surely noticed that the registration fee went up a bit this year. Stay calm and AMVIV X ON! Your registration includes entry and food at the Saturday Night Party!! Last year we all had to pony up for some vittles but this year along with great entertainment at a spa resort pool we are serving food. Guest or Copilot registration pays for their entry into the Saturday Night Party as well. This is projected to be the biggest, wettest party yet! You will see AMVIV celebrities, Agro will address the attendees and our Host Kerry Gulzow will make sure everyone has a great time! We won’t give it all away but know you’re invited and we are going to have a blast!
HOTEL: We heard your cry for better accommodations and the numbers show we have met your demands. We are currently 50% booked for our standard block at the Hotel!! Staying at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa is key so get your room while you still can. Our entire event is utilizing every inch of this fabulous resort, so you don’t want to miss it!

SPONSORS: Anyone can be a sponsor, and that includes you!! If you want your name on the back of the event T-Shirts check the Starlight Blue Sponsor level for $20!! We traditionally held an AMVIV Vendor Alley, however this AMVIV X is switching things up. We have spoken to past attendees and vendors and are trying to give our sponsors a different opportunity. Sponsors will have tables on Saturday at the Car Show and after for all of us to check out the latest cool things. They will also have an opportunity to co-host a party on Thursday Night. Some of our faves might be holding classes to show their latest and greatest stuff! We are not holding anyone down to a specified area from 8-5… Our sponsors can create time with all of us however they like to work and we are here to let you know when and where to see them!! If you are a Sponsor that wants to have some messages sent to attendees to schedule appointments or advertise specials get with Toni Miller or Chris Tunison.
CAR SHOW: The Sin City MINI Club has supported S.A.F.E. House during our annual AMVIV event for several years. The car show is intended to be a fun event to show off our cars and recognize a few the them, but the primary purpose is to raise funds for folks who are less fortunate. Please participate and have a great time while knowing that you are supporting a great organization that does good work. This year our car show will also feature our favorite Sponsors. Come join us on Saturday to check out some fun MINI/Mini’s at the car show and schmooze with our favorite vendors to see what’s new!! SCMC will be selling our Club Swag and remaining AMVIV Swag at the SCMC booth. If you or your car club would like to get a table to display and sell your swag choose the Light White or higher sponsorship!
S.A.F.E. House was established in 1994 by a group of community leaders concerned about the needs of battered women and their children. Today, through safe shelter, support, advocacy, counseling and community education, the organization provides a comprehensive approach to working with families to Stop Abuse in the Family Environment. Every woman, man and child has the right to live in a safe, nurturing and supportive family environment.
JUDGING of the S.A.F.E. House car show has changed over the years and we are doing something a bit different again this year. The judging will be completed by a panel of 5 judges comprised of: A representative from Sin City MINI Club, a representative from Desert MINI of Las Vegas, while the final 3 judges will be provided by the car clubs who have entered the most cars (other than SCMC) in the car show. We hope this will encourage the car clubs to turn out in mass to enter the show, remember this is a fun event to help a worthy charity and we aren’t all going to win but we can have a lot of fun showing off our cars and visiting with fellow MINIacs. Sponsors desiring to participate may set up in the Car Show Area to sell their goods and services during the car show event. We anticipate the Car Show beginning about 10am on Saturday morning and concluding about 2 pm. Awards for the winning cars will be announced at the Saturday night party.
FRIDAY NIGHT VIP BOWLING AND MOVIE NIGHT: If you signed up for this you are a diehard AMVIV X animal! We will be bringing the house down at this party in the VIP Bowing area. Movies, Bowling, Snacks (included) and booze! Do not miss this as there will be giveaways and story’s to be told for years to come!
RUNS AND ACTIVITIES: We plan to schedule motors daily, and when the final drive schedule is released we will put specific runs on the map! Motors have always been the backbone for this event and if you like Mini adventures you will definitely want to take advantage of some of our scheduled motors. Also check out the Activities Page, this is a MINI Vacation in Vegas and there are some of you that choose the ala carte method of AMVIV activities. Some of you want to see what our city has to offer! For Example you might be inclined to check out World Class Driving! AMVIV started out as a venue to rally MINI enthusiasts together and drive. It has evolved into an event where the MINI family reunites and celebrates. Whether you are the enthusiast that likes to drive, the enthusiast that likes to party or the enthusiast that wants to relax and hang with friends participating at leisure we have your AMVIV X waiting for you!
