We’ve got some news for you!
AMVIV 9 Is around the corner and we are predicting a great event with even more activities this year!! (June 14 – 17)
First of all we wanted to let you know that AMVIV is returning to Palace Station! If you’re ready to book your room, they’re ready for you. We’ve secured some great rates this time around, so you’ll have money left over to enjoy many of the sites and attractions in and around Sin City. Second, The AMVIV 9 Planning Committee is now accepting entries for the AMVIV9 Design Contest. Last years attendee’s have dubbed this event the Naughty 9 and we’re looking for four designs – 1 each for the front and back of the event shirt, 1 for the front of the event hat, and one for the grille badge. Prizes include Free Registration to AMVIV 9, a Free Night at Palace and swag with your artwork on it. The deadline for artwork submittals is February 7, 2012 – the address for submittals and for questions if you have them is: secretary@sincityminiclub.com.
It is the committee’s goal to send out updates in a quick fashion so you can expect them twice a month.
