It’s that time again. The AMVIV Organizers are having another T-Shirt Design Contest! If you are interested in seeing your creation on all the shirts, hats and grille badge then read the details and submit your masterpiece for the contest!

Rules and Recommendations

General rules:

1. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 is the deadline for art submittals.
2. Submit all artwork to secretary@sincityminiclub.com.
3. All artwork should be submitted in an editable, layered format (we use Photoshop PSDs for our artwork).
4. Winning design will become property of the Sin City MINI Club.
5. The Sin City MINI Club reserves the right to modify the winning design as necessary for layout and printing needs.
6. Four designs should be submitted.
1. One large design for the back of the event shirt, which will be tweaked slightly for use as the event book cover. Design elements must include:
1. “A MINI Vacation In Vegas 9″
2. “6/14/12 to 6/17/12″
3. “Hosted by Sin City MINI Club”
4. Artist’s signature or logo – your choice
5. optional “AMVIV9″
6. Limit to 5 or 6 colors. White and black are each counted as colors.
2. One small design for the breast area of the event shirt, elements may be incorporated into the event grille badge.
1. You may use “AMVIV 9 or AMVIV IX” instead of “A Mini Vacation in Vegas 9”
2. The event dates, “6/14/12 to 6/17/12″, should be incorporated into the shirt front design.
3. One small design for the front of the event hat, elements may be incorporated into the event grille badge.
1. Hats are embroidered so avoid fine lines and small details against other colors.
2. The event name and date are embroidered on the sides of the hat and do not need to be included in your creation for the hat.
4. One small design for the grille badge. The grille badge design border should reflect the border of previous designs.

The Prize

• The winning submission will be used on the AMVIV 9 event shirt, hat and book.
• The winner will receive 1 free night at Palace Station during AMVIV 9 weekend.
• The winner will receive one of the limited edition “volunteer color” event shirts, one regular event shirt, one event hat and one event grille badge.
• The winner will receive one free registration to AMVIV9
