It’s that time again. The AMVIV Organizers are having another T-Shirt Design Contest! If you are interested in seeing your creation on all the shirts, hats and grille badge then read the details and submit your masterpiece for the contest!

Rules and Requirements

General rules:

1. Wednesday, January 30, 2013 is the deadline for art submittals.
2. Submit all artwork to SCMCSecretary@gmail.com.
3. All art should be editable, layered format (Photoshop PSD’s).
4. Winning design will become property of the Sin City MINI Club.
5. The Sin City MINI Club reserves the right to modify the winning design as necessary for layout and printing needs.
6. Following designs shall be submitted:
   1. One design for the back of the T-Shirt (this may also be used in the electronic event information).
   2. T-Shirt design elements:
      1. “AMVIV X”
      2. “MAY 15 – 19TH”
      3. “Hosted by Sin City MINI Club”
      4. Your signature or logo incorporated into the design.
      5. Limit to 4 colors. White and black are each counted as colors.
7. One smaller design for the front of the T-Shirt (elements may be incorporated into the event grille badge). You may include “AMVIV X” in the design.
8. One small design for the hat front (elements may be incorporated into the event grille badge). Hats are embroidered so avoid fine lines and small details against other colors. The event name and date are embroidered on the sides of the hat and do not need to be included in your creation for the hat.
9. One small design for the grille badge.

The Prize

1. The winner will receive one each of the following: event shirt, volunteer shirt, event hat and event grille badge.
2. The winner will also receive one free registration to AMVIV X
3. The winner will also receive one free night at the host hotel
