If you are planning on attending A MINI Vacation In Vegas June 14-17, 2012 and plan on staying at host hotel Palace Station, please book your room per these instructions.

Courtyard Room $35.00 + room tax & hotel service fee per night Monday through Thursday and Sunday or $55.00 + room tax & hotel service fee per night Friday and Saturday
Tower Room $55.00 + room tax & hotel service fee per night Monday through Thursday and Sunday or $85.00 + room tax & hotel service fee per night Friday and Saturday

The Fine Print

Reservations MUST be made by 05/21/2012 to receive the discounted rate.

Discounted rates apply to rooms booked for 06/11/2012 – 06/18/2012.

Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. There is a $15.00 charge required per room for triple occupancy and $30 per room for quad occupancy.

A $4.95 hotel service fee per night will be applied to each guest room, which includes high speed internet in guest room, unlimited local calls, unlimited access to the fitness and pool facilities, scheduled airport and Las Vegas Strip shuttle services, valuable coupons and 10% off Gift Shop merchandise (excluding sundries, tobacco, all beverages, candy, mints and gum). Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 12% and subject to change.

Parking: Exclusive “MINI ONLY” parking on the top level of Palace Station parking garage.

Palace Station has agreed to reserve the entire top floor of their parking garage for MINIs during AMVIV. This will hold approximately 300 MINIs. The hotel has also agreed to allow us to use the top two floors of the parking garage as the location for the Friday and Saturday “Boot and Bonnet Show” vendor/sponsor event. There is plenty of parking available on the lower levels of the parking garage for any MINIs that don’t fit on the roof.
