A MINI VACATION IN VEGAS VI Reservation Information:
There is a separate Vendor Registration page which will be open soon. If you are a vendor, please wait till the vendor registration page is up. You will be able to purchase banquet tickets, shirts, hats and such with your vendor registration.
Registration is $25 (twenty-five dollars) per car.
Non pre-paid registrations cannot be guaranteed all of the same freebies as the pre-paids, as we cannot include you in our attendance count to the vendors.
You cannot preorder AMVIV items unless you either get a full registration ($25) or are a vendor. Any completed registrations and payments that do not include either a registration or vendor registration will be refunded and cancelled. This means that you can NOT attend the banquet without a registration.
Payment of a full registration entitles you to:
a printed map/route book.
entry to the Boot and Bonnet show.
an open invitation to all official organized group drives.
email notification of all AMVIV6 announcements (you don't really need to register to get that, just sign up here).
1 ticket for the door prize drawing. Win valuable prizes! Prizes will be given away on runs and during the banquet dinner on Saturday night, and you WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. You will receive several copies of your car/registration number. If you go on a run, take a copy of your number with you. During the photo stop, you will put your car number in a hat for prizes.
Other goodies. We don't want to spoil all the surprises.
If you pre-order and pre-pay for a t-shirt, hat or grille badge, you can pick it up when you check in.
The farewell breakfast on Sunday will be on the top floor of the parking garage. The menu will be apple-stuffed pancakes, sausage patties, coffee and orange juice. This is $10 for ONE TIME THROUGH THE LINE.
