If you are planning on attending A MINI Vacation In Vegas June 14-17, 2012, please pre-register and pay here. You will be able to register and pay at the event, but the better estimate we have of attendees, the better we can plan the event for you.
Early online registration is over :( Online registration is now $30. Walk-up registrations at the event will be $35.
Please do not try to register more than one car with this form. Use a new form to register additional cars.
Your prepaid registration can include as many as two name badges. If you're bringing a guest with you, give us their name, and we'll print them a badge.
Non pre-paid registrations cannot be guaranteed all of the same freebies as the pre-paids, as we cannot include you in our attendance count to the vendors.
Payment of a full registration entitles you to: * an electronic event booklet. * entry into the Vendor Mixer. * two entries for the AMVIV 9 Pool Party Spectacular Saturday Night. (Wristbands will be required for entry). Entry for additional guests can be purchased for $5/ea. * entry to the Boot and Bonnet show. * an open invitation to all official organized group drives. * email notification of all AMVIV9 announcements. * 1 ticket for the door prize drawing awarded on Saturday. * Other goodies. We don't want to spoil all the surprises.
Registration is a three part process. To register, you MUST: (1) Fill in this page and click "Send to SCMC!" at the bottom, AND (2) Proceed to the Paypal Gateway to pay your registration fee either through PayPal or by check. You can also purchase AMVIV merchandise at this time. AND (3) Receive a confirmation "payment received" email from Julie.
There is a separate Vendor Registration page. If you are a vendor, please go to the vendor registration page. You will be able to purchase shirts, hats and such with your vendor registration.
If you pre-order and pre-pay for a t-shirt, hat or grille badge, you can pick it up when you check in.

(1) Fill out and print this registration form. Items marked with a * are required. (2) Click the "Send to SCMC" button at the end of the form. (3) Add the items you wish to pre-pay for to your PayPal shopping cart. (4) When everything has been added to the cart, print the PayPal page as well. PayPal will do all the addition and tell us exactly what you are ordering in a nice format, making it easier for us to make sure you get everything you ordered and paid for.
