Sponsorship

For those of you who may not be able to attend AMVIV9 and would like to have a presence or will be attending but do not wish to set up a vendor booth, you can take this opportunity to become a sponsor.

There are several ways you can contribute to the event, here are just a few:

  • Advertising on our website in and in the Event Book
  • Providing giveaway items for raffles and drawings during the event
  • Providing items for registration packets
  • Becoming a “Name Sponsor”

    • The AMVIV9 Event Book will be available on our website, and will be made available to all attendees. Program advertising through these items will help you reach your customers. If you would like to go this route, please contact us so that we can get your company logo/banner advertisement placed.

    Door prizes will be awarded by drawing at various times throughout AMVIV9. Contributors of door prizes will receive honorable mention during the drawing. If you want to contribute door prizes, please let us know right away so that we can send you the address for shipping those items and so we can mention your contribution on the sponsors’ page of the website and in the program.

    In addition to door prizes, you can provide items to be stuffed in our goody bags. Goody bags will be given to all participants. We ask that you send us either some products and/or gift certificates for giveaways, or small items for goodie bags. Contact us right away so we can provide you with a shipping address for those items.

    Sponsorship dollars help make AMVIV more affordable for attendees, your potential customers. We are looking for “Name Sponsors” for some of the sub-events. As you can imagine, providing refreshments for the Friday evening mixer and the Saturday evening Main Event take the largest share of our budget for AMVIV. In the past vendors received significant recognition by paying for naming rights to events at AMVIV. To make these activities a success, we are looking for separate monetary sponsorships, to help us cover those costs. If your company is interested in becoming a “Name Sponsor” for either of these activities, please let us know as soon as possible.

    You can sponsor AMVIV9 in general, or an event of your choice. Sponsorship will include:

      * A banner ad on the website from the time payment is received and for one year after AMVIV8. Banner will appear on the page of the event sponsored or on the homepage, plus on a separate sponsors’ page.
      * An ad in the electronic event program.
      * Honorable mention at the event and during the Saturday evening main event.
      * The right to put up the company’s banner at the event.
      * The right to include mention of event sponsorship in your own advertising.
      * The opportunity to add items to our Goodie Bags, which are given to all attendees.
