The vendor experience at AMVIV will return to Level 5 of the Palace Station parking garage! Spring weather in Las Vegas can be very unpredictable. The “Motoring Midway” will ensure an exclusive shopping and installation venue away from the harsh sun and potentially fierce spring winds.

Vendor registration will start at $50 and will include two parking spaces, a table plus two chairs, two entries for the Saturday evening AMVIV 9 Pool Party Spectacular and additional security in the vendor area from 6PM til 6AM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Additional parking spaces will be $25 apiece, and additional table sets (1 8-foot long table with 2 chairs) will be available from Palace Station at a charge of $17 for the weekend.
The Friday evening Mixer was a big hit last year in the "Motoring Midway", so we're scheduling it again at the same place and time. This will give Vendors a great opportunity to mix and mingle with AMVIV attendees and show off their merchandise. It is up to you to decide if you'd like to have your booths open at this time to take advantage of a 'captive' audience. Vendors have the option to purchase trays of food (serving 15-20 people) that will be placed at your booth during the Mixer for $27 each.
If you are not a Nevada based business, you will be required to complete a “one time permit” form at the beginning of the event, to legally sell items in Nevada. AMVIV Organizers will provide you that form when you arrive at the event. You will be required to collect sales tax at the rate of 8.1% for all items you sell at the event and remit that tax to us (checks made payable to the "Nevada Department of Taxation") at the end of the event so we can send it to the State of Nevada.
As a vendor you can pre-order and pre-pay for t-shirts, hats, grille badges, breakfasts, etc. and you can pick up any pre-ordered items when you check in at event registration. If you would also like to register as an attendee to the event, please follow this link.
A few things we need to tell you before you sign up:
Registration is a three part process. To register, you MUST: (1) Fill in this page and click "Send to SCMC!" at the bottom, AND (2) Proceed to the Vendor Paypal Gateway to pay your registration fee either through PayPal or by check. You can also purchase AMVIV merchandise at this time. AND (3) Receive a confirmation "payment received" email from Julie

(1) Fill out and print this registration form. (2) Click the "Submit" button at the end of the form. (3) Add the items you wish to pre-pay for to your Paypal shopping cart. (4) When everything has been added to the cart, print the Paypal page as well. Paypal will do all the addition and tell us exactly what you are ordering in a nice format, making it easier for us to make sure you get everything you ordered and paid for. (5) Include the printout of THIS page and the printout of the Paypal page with your check and mail to:
